Install GsSpawners

You need

• Java 21.
• Paper or Purpur 1.21.9 / 1.21.11, or Folia 1.21.11.
• Vault.
• A Vault-compatible economy plugin. Vault alone does not provide money.

Folia setup

Use VaultUnlocked 2.20.1 as the Vault bridge and an economy provider that explicitly supports Folia. Every other installed plugin must also support Folia. Standard Vault builds and Paper-only economy plugins may not load or operate safely there.

GsSpawners uses entity and region schedulers on Folia. Keep attached output containers in the same ticking region; output skips a neighbor owned by another region, and a double chest uses the owned half. Stored items remain safe when output is skipped.

All run with Java 21. Folia testing uses players in separate regions, VaultUnlocked and a controlled test economy. Check your chosen real economy and protection plugins together before opening the server. Compatibility does not promise a particular player capacity or farm throughput.

Install

1. Stop the server.
2. Put GsSpawners.jar in plugins/, alongside Vault and your economy plugin.
3. Start the server once. The plugins/GsSpawners/ folder appears.
4. Add the seller-provided activation-code.txt to that folder.
5. Run /gsspawners license retry, then /gsspawners license status.

For an offline license, put the issued license.txt in the same folder and restart. Two installations are allowed per purchase; contact support for transfers.

The BuiltByBit listing is still being connected. During candidate testing, use the activation method supplied by the seller.

Try your first spawner

As an operator, run:

/spawners give YourName COW 1

Place it, stay nearby, then right-click it. Collect or sell the drops once they appear.

Nothing appears? Check Troubleshooting.

Update safely

Stop the server and back up the whole plugins/GsSpawners/ folder before replacing a jar. Keep that folder and only one GsSpawners jar. Restart normally.

Automatic signed updates are enabled by default. Set auto-update: false in licensing.yml to update manually. The rc.5 candidate is not published to the updater during user testing.
