Plugin does not start

Check Java, Paper, dependencies and the activation instructions included with your download. Read the first relevant error in logs/latest.log.

Feature is not working

Fulfillment needs matching plain materials. Keep inventory space for /orders claim. Cancelling refunds only the unfulfilled portion.

Edited text is unchanged

Save the file inside plugins/GsOrders/, then run /gsorders reload. Keep YAML spacing and quote text containing # or &. Restart after changing scheduler timings.

Payment missing

Where money is used, payouts may take about 10 seconds. Staff should inspect /gsorders audit and the economy provider's ledger before replaying an uncertain payment.
